INTRODUCTION TO THE PLANS CHANGE NOTICE SYSTEM
PURPOSE
The Plans Change Notice (PCN) System was developed as a method of quickly notifying all concerned of changes to the BD-5 Construction Profile. Most of these changes will be of minor nature, typographical errors, clarification of views, etc. but we feel that all builders should be notified of these things as soon as they come to our attention.
