WING SKIN LOCATOR TEMPLATES
1. Cut one of each template from 3/16" to 1/4" thick plywood.
2. Drill .250" diameter hole in each template at location indicated on template drawings.
3. Bolt templates to inboard and outboard ribs with .250" diameter bolt, washer and nut. Keep outside contour aligned with rib flanges.
NOTE: The same templates can be used on both left and right wings by reversing the directions of their installation.
4. Pull skin down tight against templates and drill #39 pilot holes. Install clecoes as necessary to hold skin...
