BD Plans Change Notice: PCN 5-9

A METHOD FOR REDUCING THE WING MAIN SPAR BORE
1. This method may be used with any BD-5 wing main spar that is found to be large enough that it will not meet the fit requirements of PCN 5-6.
2. Degrease inside of tube with clean rag and MEK.
3. Break surface glaze inside of tube with honing tool (PCN 5-6).
4. Remove dust from honed surface with clean dry rag. Caution: DO not touch this surface with your bare hands.
5. Mix Devcon "F" per instructions on the package.
