I would first like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who have followed the instructions concern­ing your letters to us, as outlined in my last Bulletin. It has really been a help to us. We are, however, still re­ceiving letters from a few people who are not following this procedure, and I hope this will serve as a reminder to them.
