Mr Doug Umbreit, 1630 Paullus Ave, Memphis, Tenn. has filed suit against Bede. There may be others. This may bring down his whole house of cards. The "D" purchasers are in real trouble---hopefully, some of the "Experimental" builders may get enough parts to build something. Me----I guess I will take my beating and just give up. It hurts with a priority of 22. Hopefully, this will sometime be just a bad memory. I'm flying out to Micro Aviation next week to see what they have been able to develop. I'm not optimistic. Sorry.
